Two people were killed and another injured in a shooting Saturday afternoon in St. Louis, according to police.
The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department said the shooting occurred around 3:45 p.m. in the 1300 block of Cass Avenue in the Carr Square neighborhood.
Authorities confirmed that two adult men were pronounced dead at the scene. A third victim was transported to a hospital for treatment of injuries.
Police have not yet released information about any suspects or what may have led up to the shooting.
Homicide detectives are actively investigating the incident.
